TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Placing an Order
All orders must be placed via our secure checkout system on our website. We do not take orders over the telephone as we operate an Internet based secure ordering facility. We never have access to your credit or debit card details.
P & P charges are included in the sell price on all items for shipping to the UK, but for overseas orders specified postal charges apply. In the event of a pricing error which is subsequently discovered at the time of dispatch, Maaria B’s Accessories have the right to cancel the order and will refund immediately any charge that may have been made at the time of discovering the error. Maaria B’s Accessories will promptly contact the customer and explain the reason for the cancellation of the order and the steps taken to refund any payment taken.
Every effort is made to describe all products accurately and honestly. On certain products colour may vary to the actual photographs.
Card payments are taken via PayPal. Most major credit and debit cards are taken and processed securely through PayPal.
In circumstances that are out of Maaria B’s Accessories control, it may be necessary to cancel orders before shipping. Maaria B’s Accessories will promptly contact the customer and explain the reason for the cancellation of the order and the steps taken to refund any payment taken. Customers may cancel orders before shipment without charge; customers who repeatedly order and then cancel or return goods without good reason may be refused future orders.
Refunds will be made back onto the originating card via PayPal Services. Returns and refunds will be processed as quickly as possible within 5 working days, but may take up to 10 working days, but in certain circumstances may take up to 28 days to process.
Orders will normally be shipped within 1 but no more than 5 working days of clearance of payment. If Maaria B’s Accessories is unable to meet these shipment times, customers will be informed and will be given the option to wait for their order or to be refunded in full. Responsibility for the timely and proper delivery of the parcel falls to the carrier once the goods have been shipped.
Risk of Loss
The title of the product(s) purchased passes to the customer only after the customer has taken delivery of the goods from the carrier. A signature maybe required at the point of delivery, depending on the postal service used. Should a parcel not arrive and a claim for non-delivery is made by the customer, Maaria B’s Accessories will reimburse to the customer the cost of the order in full including P & P where applicable, only after carrying out a full investigation with the carrier.
European and Worldwide Customers who opt for the postal service without Proof of Signature or Tracking and in the event of the package being non-delivery or lost, Maaria B’s Accessories will not be responsible for any refund. However, in this instance we will provide a Proof of Postage.
Should a parcel arrive damaged or tampered with in any way, customers are advised to refuse delivery and email: email@example.com or call 0044 1924 461293 describing in as much detail as possible the date of the attempted delivery and the damage observed. Customer will be advised of the options available e.g. refund, re-order or replacement item.
A full investigation will be made into any claim of tampering, damage or loss or damage to items or parcel.
14-Day Returns Policy
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should this not be the case and for any reason you are not happy and wish to return a product, you are protected by our 14-Day Returns Policy. Refund will be given unreservedly as long as certain conditions outlined below are followed:
The 14-Day Returns Policy comes into effect during the period of time elapsed from the day the order is signed for/received until the day that the return is received by Maaria B’s Accessories. REFER TO RETURNS POLICY - We regret that orders receive for refund after the 14-day period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer by 1st class Royal Mail; responsibility for non-receipt of the parcel will not be accepted by Maaria B’s Accessories. Products returned must be properly packaged and addressed and must arrive in the same condition as originally sent.
Before returning due care and attention must be taken whilst examining the products. Maaria B’s Accessories reserve the right to refuse for refund or return the item(s) should any evidence of damage or mistreatment is in evidence.
All refunds are strictly conditional on security tags/hygiene seals being intact and goods returned in their original condition.
Items must not have been re-sized, altered or amended from their original condition. For faster processing, please re-package securely, and return to: Maaria B’s Accessories, 105 Warren Street, Savile Town, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, WF12 9AS, UK. When returning products under the 14-Day Returns Policy please enclose a note advising the reason for return and whether a replacement or refund is required.
Once all of the above conditions have been met, Maaria B’s Accessories will at the direction of the customer, replace or refund in full (including P & P in the case of faulty item or incorrect item sent only) onto the credit or debit card of the original cardholder who placed the order.
Customers can expect excellent quality in workmanship and materials - It should be understood that many items are handmade and slight imperfections may occur which are considered to add to the uniqueness of handmade designs. Each product is inspected carefully at several stages to ensure that it is free from obvious defects and conforms to the product specification.
